Exchange / Return & Refund Policy

At Zoi Craft, we just want you to love your jewellery be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and worry-free as possible.

Eligibility for Exchange / Return & Refund

Time Frame: You need to share the name and image of the product that you wish to return via email at sales@zoicraft.in within 48 hours from the time you receive your ordered product. We will then approve your return request and send you a confirmation mail.

Condition: Jewellery must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale Items: Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for returns.

 

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at sales@zoicraft.in or call us at +91 63518 70811 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return withing 48 hours from receiving your product.

Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Pack and Ship: Securely pack your jewellery in its original packaging, including all accessories, boxes, and certificates. Use the provided return shipping label to send the package back to us. We shall initiate reverse pick up service for customers in India only.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund as store credit within 7-10 business days. The store credit will be reflecting into your account, and can be used against any future purchase.

Exchanges

Direct Exchange: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@zoicraft.in or call us at +91 63518 70811 We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
